A Day in the Life
On our small farm & homestead.
This summer has been our first running our tiny home rental, and it’s been a pleasure to meet lovely people from all over the country. One of the things we’ve chosen to offer with their stay is a tour of the farm, and it’s amazing to watch people’s wheels get turning as we lead them through our permaculture systems. One thing I always get asked is, “What is a day like for you?” They see me wrestling to hold on to River as she squirms, running around weeding and watering, or wrangling a goat, and they just can’t imagine how it all works. So I thought I would share.
